  • To work the ACM MarketPlace, each booth or tabletop exhibitor receives two free exhibit hall registrations. Registration for additional staff or the InterActivity content sessions can be purchased at a discount rate.

  • Booths are assigned by ACM as paid contracts are received; ACM reserves the right to place InterActivity Sponsors who elect to exhibit in a preferred location. ACM will release the reserved Sponsor booths to Exhibitors approximately one month prior to InterActivity 2010.

  • ACM reserves the right to change an Exhibitor’s assigned location at any time if deemed in the best interests of the MarketPlace. Before exercising this option, ACM will contact the exhibitor.

  • An exhibitor service kit will be sent by the official InterActivity 2010 conference decorator, Valley Expo.
