Parenting in Public is Challenging
You Can Lend a Hand

Minnesota Children's Museum's Online Wakanheza ToolKit
can teach you how. Minnesota Children's Museum received the 2007 MetLife Foundation and ACM Promising Practice Replication Award to develop a tool kit with information on how museum staff can assist both parent and child during tough moments, and how museums can adopt certain practices and procedures that can help eliminate stressful situations in the first place.

Miles and Banjo, hosts of PBS Sprout's "Let's Go Show," invite ACM Children's Museums to become Discovery expert content providers for the " Let's Go Show" microsite.

ACM Members can check the status of the Let's Go Show project in the
Bulletin Board section of the
Members Only Web site.
